1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any travel service, tour package, holiday package, or related service with YatraMaster, the customer agrees to accept and comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Travel Services

YatraMaster provides travel services including domestic and international tour packages, customized holidays, hotel bookings, flight reservations, transportation arrangements, sightseeing tours, honeymoon packages, corporate travel, visa assistance, travel insurance support, and other travel-related services as per the agreed itinerary and package details.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

• Customers must complete payments according to the payment schedule shared during the booking process.

• Final payment must be completed before the scheduled travel date unless otherwise agreed.

• Applicable taxes, government charges, and additional service fees will be payable by the customer.

• Package prices may change due to changes in supplier rates, availability, currency exchange rates, taxes, or other external factors before final confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to YatraMaster.

• Cancellation charges will apply according to the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, service fees, and non-refundable amounts.

• No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, missed departures, or voluntary changes made by customers during the journey.

5. Travel Documents & Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for maintaining valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, and other required travel documents.

• YatraMaster may assist customers with documentation but will not be responsible for delays, rejections, or issues caused due to incomplete or incorrect documents.

• Customers must provide accurate personal information required for travel arrangements.

6. Flights, Hotels & Third-Party Services

YatraMaster works with various third-party travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and activity partners.

• Availability, pricing, schedules, and service quality are subject to the respective provider’s policies.

• YatraMaster shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

7. Customized Travel Packages

• Customized travel packages are designed according to customer requirements and preferences.

• Such packages may involve advance bookings with multiple suppliers.

• Once confirmed, cancellation or modification charges may apply as per supplier policies.

• Any non-refundable amount paid to service providers will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Travel Changes & Force Majeure

YatraMaster reserves the right to modify travel arrangements or itineraries due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Strikes

• Political situations

• Operational issues

Suitable alternatives will be provided wherever possible.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers must follow local laws, safety instructions, hotel rules, and travel guidelines during their journey.

YatraMaster reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of misconduct, illegal activities, or behavior affecting other travelers or service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

YatraMaster shall not be liable for indirect losses, personal injuries, loss of belongings, delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or by third-party service providers.

11. Customer Information & Confidentiality

Customer information collected during bookings will be used only for travel arrangements, communication, and service delivery.

YatraMaster will take reasonable measures to protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.

12. Amendments

YatraMaster reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions whenever required. Updated terms will be communicated through official channels.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
